High school student Kael plays violin for memory care residents, bringing joy through music.

Volunteers actively enrich the lives of our residents through music. Kael, a high school student, generously dedicates his time twice a month. Kael plays the keyboard, violin, and saxophone for our residents after dinner, bringing joy to their evenings. Additionally, Emma, the granddaughter of one of our residents, shares her musical talents on the violin and piano during her visits. Family members actively participate in outings, fostering meaningful connections and enhancing our residents’ experiences.

Our Memory Care Neighborhood also benefits from volunteer support provided by hospice and home health companies, who sponsor monthly dine-in lunches and birthday celebrations, including ice cream socials and music therapy sessions for all to enjoy. These volunteer efforts greatly contribute to the well-being and enjoyment of our residents, creating a vibrant and supportive community.
